Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of Nichecast. By creating an account or using Nichecast, you accept them and the Privacy Policy. Nichecast is operated by Tiraisoft, so you also accept Tiraisoft'sTerms of Service andPrivacy Policy, which apply to us as a company and in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Tiraisoft's terms cover the same subject, these terms govern your use of Nichecast. If you don't accept all of them, don't use Nichecast.
The service
Nichecast generates faceless YouTube videos from the briefs you provide — scripts, voiceover, and rendered video — and, when you connect a channel, can upload them to that channel on your behalf. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.
Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Sign-in is by one-time email code; keep access to your email address secure.
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing support.
Your content and YouTube
- You own the briefs you submit and the videos Nichecast generates for you, and you're responsible for what you publish.
- You must have the rights to any material you provide, and your use of generated videos must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the policies of any platform you publish to.
- Nichecast uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- When you connect a YouTube channel you authorise Nichecast to upload videos to it; that access is used only for uploads and is revoked when you disconnect the channel.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is made public. AI output can contain errors, and you should not treat it as professional advice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nichecast to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rights or platform policies of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Some topics and imagery are also outside what Nichecast will produce, because they conflict with the values we run the service by. We don't publish an exhaustive list. We may decline a request, remove generated content, or suspend an account at our discretion. If we decline to make a video, the credit goes back.
Credits
Credits are how Nichecast meters work. One finished video costs 1 credit, and so does a character sheet. A free account gets 5 credits once, when it is created; they do not refill. Pro is $29.00 a month and adds 30 credits each 30-day cycle. A video that fails is refunded automatically — a failed run does not consume the credit.
- Credits are a product, not money. When you buy credits you are buying the right to use Nichecast, and the purchase completes at that moment. Credits are not a deposit or stored value, and we do not hold funds on your behalf. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Credits do not expire. Unspent credits stay in your account until you use them.
- Credits exist only inside Nichecast, and last as long as it does.If we discontinue Nichecast, or stop operating it for any reason, unspent credits stop being usable, and we do not refund them or convert them to money. That is the other side of credits not expiring.
- Payments for credits are final. We do not give money back for credits, spent or unspent. Two things that does not mean: work that fails still returns the credit to your balance, as above — that is a credit going back, not a money refund; and a charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, is still corrected. Any rights your local consumer law gives you apply on top of these terms and are not reduced by them.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled; Nichecast never sees your card or bank details.
- You can cancel any time from your account — access continues through the end of the paid period, after which the plan reverts to free.
- A price change applies from the next billing period, never to a period already paid for.
Availability and liability
Nichecast is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to publish. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue Nichecast. Unspent credits are tied to the service and are not refunded when it ends, as set out under Credits above.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
